SOL Pet Care is a mobile application designed to help pet owners manage their pets' care schedules, including feeding times, veterinary appointments, medication reminders, and other pet-related activities.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free and Premium Features

The App offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a paid subscription.

4.2 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the current period ends
  • You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy. We do not provide direct refunds.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the App to harm animals or promote animal cruelty

6. Veterinary Disclaimer

SOL Pet Care is a pet management tool and does not provide veterinary advice. The App is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult with a qualified veterinarian for medical concerns about your pets.

7. Data and Privacy

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by SOL Pet Care and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOL Pet Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

10. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms, the App Store Terms shall prevail.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
